Victoria’s Secret model Kelly Gale has revealed some of the secrets behind her impressive physique in a new Q&A video.

The Swedish-Australian star, 24, told fans on Instagram that she isn’t a gym addict and that she hasn’t weighed herself since she was thirteen.

She also recommends getting plenty of sleep, explaining that she aims for eight hours each night, but can easily sleep for up to 12 hours or more.

Kelly said she builds muscle with clean eating and regularly training, but when it comes to fitness, she chooses tennis and hiking over gym sessions.

When it comes to losing weight on her legs specifically, the brunette recommends cardio, skipping, and boxing.

Despite claiming that she isn’t a gym junkie, Kelly has said otherwise in previous interviews.

In an interview with Vogue Australia in November 2018, the model spoke about her extreme exercise regimen in the lead up to the since-cancelled annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

‘To be honest, my exercise regimen doesn’t change that much up to the show,’ she told the publication at the time.

‘I work out six days per week all year round and usually work out two hours per day, and on top of that, I like power walking 15 to 30 kilometres each day.’

She added: ‘In the lead up to the show, I walk closer to 30 kilometres every day, [and] work out two hours per day.’

Kelly was recently named the new face of affordable fashion brand Pretty Little Thing.

She’s previously modelled for the likes of Playboy, Chanel, and Tom Ford.
